This policy explains what information TrueSafe Garage Door Repair collects when you use www.truesafegaragedoors.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We keep it plain because you should be able to read it in one sitting.

Information you give us
When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you type into it:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address (optional)
- The service you need
- Any description of the problem you choose to write
We use this for one purpose: to contact you about the repair you asked about and to schedule the work. Form submissions are emailed to the business owner. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours collects some technical information through cookies and similar technologies: your approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view, and the site or ad that sent you here. We use three third-party services to do this:
- Google Ads — measures which ads lead to calls and form submissions. On pages you reach from one of our ads, Google may also display a temporary forwarding phone number in place of our regular number so the call can be attributed to that ad. It rings the same phone. Calls are not recorded.
- Microsoft Clarity — records anonymized session replays and heatmaps so we can see where the site is confusing. Clarity masks the contents of form fields by default, so what you type into a form is not captured in a replay.
- OpenAI advertising pixel — measures conversions from advertising delivered through OpenAI's platform.
Each of these providers processes the data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at myadcenter.google.com, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies entirely. Blocking them will not stop you from using this site or reaching us by phone.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that make the business run: our website host, our email provider, and the advertising and analytics platforms listed above. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records — your contact details and a description of the work performed — for as long as needed to honor warranty claims and meet our tax and recordkeeping obligations. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to each provider's own retention schedule.
Your choices
Email or call us and we will tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you ask us to delete your records we may need to keep the minimum required for warranty and tax purposes, and we will tell you if that applies.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
